Starting from 01/15/2018, a new edition of the Commercial Code came into force in Estonia. The change concerns Estonian companies whose founders/board members are foreign citizens.

The law obliges that the contact person in Estonia must be a law office, an audit office, a notary office or a company licensed to provide such services. If the data is not entered into the Estonian business register, the company will be deleted from the register within 3 months.
